Materials
The materials you need are the same for each lesson, except for the cheat-sheets and practice-sheets, they change according to the lesson. And, you don’t need any fancy materials to get started, all you need is:
Paper. For your cheat-sheets, you can use Bond Paper, Bristol Board, or Cardstock in Letter Size.
Your Cheat-Sheets and Practice-Sheets. As I mentioned they change according to the lesson. Make sure you print the cheat-sheets needed before you start the lesson, so that you can get familiar with it.
Pencil or Mechanical Pencil. For sketches, I really like 2H and HB. During the lessons I’ll use HB, so the lines are more visible to you. But, you can use any pencil that you feel comfortable using.
Eraser. It could be any type, just make sure it doesn’t damage your work.
Ruler. This is optional, but if you want to use it, use one with cm and mm.
Circles and Ovals Templates. They are also optional, and if you want to use them, make sure you have a range of sizes of at least from 2mm to 35mm.

For all practice-sheets and cheat-sheets, follow these easy steps:
- Set your printer to fit the entire page.
- The cheat-sheets are printer-friendly, but to add a bit of color to your learning you can use a color printer.
- Print as many as you want, 1 to use during the lesson, and others to practice after the lesson.
- To keep your progress and cheat-sheets tidy, you can use a ring binder and plastic protectors.
