Drawing Legs

You can draw legs in multiple kinds of styles, like any other part of the body. After you learn how to draw them on the videos and the workbook, explore and play with different styles, proportions, poses, and sizes. Choose your favorite one and stick to it 🙂

In fashion illustration, legs are usually longer than the real human proportions. They are elongated to add a stylish and sophisticated look to the figure and the garments.

But, depending on what you like the most you can make the legs shorter or longer, wider, or thinner. Don’t stick to only one style of legs or the most popular, stick to what feels right for you.

You can also vary the level of detail, once again experiment and compare different levels of detail until you are happy with the end results.

Legs are super easy to draw, and I think they don’t need more introduction…

…so, now it’s your turn!
