Materials
The materials you need are similar from texture to texture, the difference is in the colors you want to create your illustrations.
Paper. I use Bristol Board, but you can use any other kind of soft and thick paper, or even markers paper.
Markers. I use the brand Chartpak in all videos. They’re my favorite, they’re easy to use, and they can be complemented with other materials. But you can also use another brand. Pick the one you feel more comfortable with.
Brushpens. I use the brand Tombow, but you can use another brand. Pick the one you feel more comfortable with. The majority of the time I only use a couple of gray shades and black.
Color Pencils. This time, I will use the brand Derwent, my favorite is Faber Castell, but you can use whatever brand you like. I recommend soft color pencils. And, I mostly use white and gray.
Fineliners. I use Staedtler in both shades of gray.
A white gelly pen, and an ink pen. For the ink pen, I use the Staedtler brand.
Pencil or Mechanical Pencil. For sketches, I really like 2H and HB. During the lessons I’ll use HB, so the lines are more visible to you. But, you can use any pencil that you feel comfortable using.
Eraser. It could be any type, just make sure it doesn’t damage your work.
Ruler. This is optional.
