[Lesson 5] Take action and track your progress
It’s time for the real work, you’ve done the easy part preparing the soil by getting clear + planning + brainstorming ways to keep you accountable, but the hardest part is about to come.
Now it’s your job to do the work; time to make things actually happen.
And the only person that can do that is YOU. So, do the work, do it every day, do it every week. And I promise you’ll get there.
Something that works wonderfully for me is crossing things off on a list, and also having a progress-sheet where I fill up a circle every day I do the work. If you do this, it’ll help you track your progress and keep the momentum going because we humans love to feel that we’re going somewhere and our efforts are worth it, and having a visual reference for that is key to keeping you motivated and keeping you going.
What do you say, are you ready to set some meaningful + heartfelt goals?
